The Kings FGF 800 Pro is a high-performance industrial pellet 3D printer designed for the efficient production of large plastic components. The system operates using Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) technology and processes plastic pellets directly, eliminating the need for filament production.

With a build volume of 800 × 600 × 800 mm, the FGF 800 Pro is suitable for functional prototypes, molds, design objects, and industrial components. Direct pellet processing enables significantly lower material costs and higher deposition rates compared to traditional filament-based systems.

The Pro generation introduces an upgraded machine structure, a precise servo-driven motion system, and an integrated automatic material feeding system. These improvements provide greater process stability and reliable operation even during long printing cycles.
