The Kings FGF 1200 Pro is an industrial pellet 3D printer designed for the fast and cost-efficient production of large plastic components. The system operates using Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) and processes thermoplastic pellets as well as fiber-reinforced compounds directly, eliminating the need for filament production.

With a build volume of 1200 × 1000 × 1000 mm, the FGF 1200 Pro is suitable for manufacturing large prototypes, molds, furniture components, and design objects. By processing raw plastic granulate, the system enables significantly lower material costs while maintaining high printing speeds.

The machine features a robust motion system with precision servo drives, an automatic material feeding system, and a large integrated pellet hopper. This ensures reliable and stable operation even during long printing jobs and continuous production cycles.
