KSTPU23 is a white thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) powder, part of the TPE family, combining rubber-like flexibility with plastic strength. With a Shore hardness of A88–90, it’s suitable for producing soft yet resilient parts in industrial SLS 3D printing. The copolymer structure ensures exceptional elongation (up to 400%) and 20 MPa tensile strength, making it highly durable and flexible.

This material is an excellent choice for medical models, wearables, robotic parts, shoe soles, prosthetic linings, and more – wherever elasticity, resistance, and skin compatibility are key.
