PG30GF-PETG, also known as PETG-413, is a 30% glass fiber reinforced PETG granulate developed for large-format additive manufacturing (BAAM) and pellet-based FGF 3D printing. The material combines the excellent mechanical performance of PETG with the reinforcing benefits of glass fiber, offering superior stiffness, low warpage, and heat resistance.

With its high dimensional accuracy, chemical resistance, and durability in harsh environments, PG30GF-PETG is an ideal material for industrial applications requiring strength and reliability. Its ease of processing and structural consistency make it a cost-effective and eco-friendly solution for functional parts, housings, structural components, and more.

Typical Applications

  • Structural parts in machinery, vehicles, robotics

  • Functional housings & covers in industrial environments

  • Outdoor components exposed to weather

  • Load-bearing structures in large-format 3D printing

  • Lightweight aluminum alternatives
